Dear Vendors,

We’re excited to announce that vendor applications are now open for US Asian Fest 2025, taking place on Saturday, September 6 at our new and larger venue: Dulles Town Center!

​

Last year’s festival was a major success, with over 5,000 attendees and more than 120 vendors. This year, we’re growing even bigger with more space and more attendees.

​

Please read the information below prior to applying. The link to apply can be found at the bottom of this email or on our website usasianfest.com

Vendor Categories:

  • Food Vendors – Full meals and savory dishes

  • Merchandise Vendors – Non-food items (clothing, crafts, accessories, etc.)

  • Specialty Vendors – Dessert and/or beverage-only offerings


Important:

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Vendors will receive a confirmation message from US Asian Fest if selected. After that, you’ll receive a Square invoice (payable by card or check). Your booth is only confirmed once payment is received and confirmation message is received.

Key Details:

  • No power is provided for free. If you require electricity, a generator plug must be purchased in the application.

  • Optional add-ons include:

    • Active Link – A clickable vendor listing on our website

    • Logo Placement – Your logo on the back of our official festival T-shirts

    • Booth Space Selection – Assigned on a first come, first served basis after payment
