Guidelines

All cosplays are welcome, but there are extra points for handmade cosplays.
No revealing cosplays. This is a family friendly event.
Be respectful of everyone's cosplay, and personal space.
Have music available on your phone we’ll have an aux, or you can email your song to contactconjutsu@gmail.com (please make sure the subject says Conjutsu x US Asian Fest Cosplay Contest).
Photos and videos of your cosplays will be taken and used for promotional purposes (By competing in the cosplay contest you agree to these terms).

Check-In and registration for the cosplay contest is at the “Conjutsu Booth” on the day of the event.
Arrive at the stage at least 30 mins earlier before the cosplay contest start time at 6:00pm est.
The cosplay contest is open to all ages (Solo cosplays only please).
You have up to 60 seconds on the stage to introduce yourself, your cosplay, and to pose in character.
No running or dangerous stunts on the stage.
No real weapons are allowed. Plastic replicas are fine as long as there’s no ammo in them.
No foul language.
No fighting.
